Roles and Responsibilities -

In the Accounting Clerk role, you will fulfill accounting and clerical duties that support our organization's financial documentation. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to ensure that our firm's accounting data is easily accessible and accurate.

Your day-to day essential functions -

• Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable
• Responsible for all aspects of customer payment processing
• Responsible for prepaid and accrued expenses
• Perform reconciliation and analysis to assist with month end closing
• Records accounting data in a timely and accurate manner
• Provides support to senior accounting staff
• Assists on projects as assigned by accounting leadership

What you bring to the team -

• Knowledge of accounts payable
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Proficient in data entry and time management
• 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
