Accounting Clerk

Express is partnering with a local company seeking an Accounting Clerk to support their finance team.

 

This role with provide support in a variety of activities including accounts payable, data entry, invoicing, price checking, record maintenance financial reporting and more! 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Invoicing accurately and on time to ensure our accounts receivable balance is optimal for consistent cash flow 
• Collaborate with Finance Manager to reconcile accounts receivable 
• Responsible for price checking, adding or editing pricing and shipping costs to ensure invoicing accurateness 
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes 
• Initiates and responds to direct customer communication with clear and concise instructions in a timely manner 
• Cross trained in other department tasks to support complete customer resolution 

Qualities: 

• AAS Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is preferred 
• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office Products
• 10-Key experience 
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and ability to multi-task 

 

Hours/Pay: 

• $18/hour 
• 7:30AM-4:00PM / 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Evaluation to hire with benefits after hired on
