- Post HOA payments and prepare bank deposits at least twice per week (or more when needed)
- Provide customer service via phone, email and in person to homeowners regarding their HOA accounts
- Maintain C3 database - updates and changes in a timely manner and record notes of communications with homeowners
- Order coupon books and/or account coupons for new homeowners and set up new unit files (hard copies)
- Prepare monthly lead sheet with backup for accountant
- Assist preparations for draft HOA budget
- Maintain contract spreadsheet and subscriptions, ensure payments are accurate and match contract allowances.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of contracts and bookkeeping procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years business or administrative work history and demonstrated an ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
