AIRMATIC has an immediate part-time in-office opportunity available to work in our Accounting Department. Our ideal candidate is a sharp, self-aware individual who would enjoy working in a fast-paced, well-appointed office with smart, friendly, hard-working coworkers that enjoy generating customer loyalty by providing great service and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter Invoices into ERP Computer System

Process payments from Customers

Process payments to Vendors

Maintain Spreadsheets and Other Reports

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work in an office

Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Team oriented

HOURS & COMPENSATION:

Hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm (flexible); Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour
