The position we are currently looking to fill is for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk/Receptionist for our production company. We are a commercial film production company of 20 years.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Accounting minimum. Will work and average of 24 hours per week, flexible days/times M-F, during the hours of 7 - 5. Occasionally work longer weeks when work demands for shoots that run a full week. To be clear, the candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 3, 8 hour shifts per week, sometimes 4 or 5 when shooting. The part that is flexible is which 3 days and the start/stop times when not shooting. Otherwise the candidate will be required to be on site on the 3 - 5 days that we shoot to actively be the receptionist while the jobs are going and at the time that they start, for 8 hours min. We are not looking for a temporary person, so the applicant should be able to explain why they feel the schedule will work for them long term, when requested.
