Accounting Clerk - Immediately Hiring

Express is partnering with a very busy local company seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support their finance team.

This role with provide support in a variety of activities including accounts payable, data entry, invoicing, price checking, record maintenance financial reporting and more! Working closely with Accounting leadership, you will tackle tasks and duties to support the role. Opportunity to grow your skills and experience in accounting support! Responsibilities: 

• Invoicing accurately and on time to ensure our accounts receivable balance is optimal for consistent cash flow 
• Collaborate with Finance Manager to reconcile accounts receivable 
• Responsible for price checking, adding or editing pricing and shipping costs to ensure invoicing accurateness 
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes 
• Initiates and responds to direct customer communication with clear and concise instructions in a timely manner 
• Cross trained in other department tasks to support complete customer resolution 

Qualities: 

• AAS Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is preferred 
• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office Products
• 10-Key experience 
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and ability to multi-task 

Hours/Pay: 

• $18/hour 
• 7:30AM-4:00PM / 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Evaluation to hire with full benefits after hired on
