Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and highly-organized candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate must be smart, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, and aptitude to work with numbers.
• Post deals and prepare commissions
• Check for accuracy in all documents, check for completeness, and signatures on all required forms
• Promptly & accurately prepare customer and lien-holder payments
• Cancel insurance products through third party vendors
• Prepare monthly finance department charge-back analysis
• Organize and maintain files of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts
and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle
• Communicate with service department on the status of the warranty claims
• Maintain the database by entering new and updated customer information
• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
• Process incentive rebates
• Reconciling, maintaining, and collecting on AR accounts
• Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
from sales, parts and service departments and customers
• Prepare/ provide reports, schedules or requests for additional information on a timely basis to management
• Provide backup coverage to other administrative personnel
• Other administrative and accounting duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous RV or Automotive Dealership Biller Experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Fast learner that is open to change
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong aptitude for numbers
• Excellent communication and people skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
