Address Direct hire opportunity available with our manufacturing client for an Accounting Clerk. Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (Coraopolis).
In this role you will be providing support with invoicing and collections. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers for collections.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions.
Provide support in maintaining and reconciling financial data within our ERP system.
Assist in year-end audits
Qualifications
Associate degree in business or accounting preferred
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably EstiTrack and Great Planes or other systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
