Accounting Clerk

Job Summary

Bel Air Auto Auction is looking for a Full Time Accounting clerk to join our growing business.

Job Description :

• Entry level accounts payable
• A/P entries on a monthly basis
• Checkbook entries and weekly bank balances
• Complete various projects by deadlines
• Prepare monthly reports and schedules
• Have the ability to work closely with venders to reconcile their statements
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications: Successful candidate should be proficient in Excel. Knowledge of computerized accounting; problem-solving abilities, good organizational skills and computers. (EXCEL is a must) Needs to be able to work in a professional fast pace environment. 2-3 years accounting experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.17 - $24.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Belcamp, MD 21017: Relocate before starting work (Required)
