Accounting Clerk

Are you an experienced Accounting Clerk with General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience?  Looking for a position to give you amazing work/life balance?

As an Accounting Clerk for our dealership you will start the morning by reconciling the previous days receipts, closing the service and parts invoices in their respective modules and posting them to their correct g/l accounts.  Throughout the day you will enter payable invoices and once a week you will run 20 to 30 checks to pay our vendors.  On occasion you will call customers with past due receivable balances.  You will occasionally order supplies as well.  And lastly you will be trained on how to enter payroll using ADP.

All training is provided.  Someone secure enough to take notes and follow simple directions will succeed.
