Accounting Clerk

The ideal candidate would have strong analytical skills, be highly motivated, organized and regimented. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and distributing daily revenue and order count reports among other tasks. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with the internal accounting unit to aid in their financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue and order count reports
• Analyze revenue coding for errors and omissions
• Review daily open and closed orders for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare various excel reports and schedules for management as needed
• Various small office related tasks
• Coordinate directly with other accounting departments and revenue managers to ensure corrections are completed satisfactorily and timely

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills highly desired
• Critical thinking, analytically inclined, and high attention to detail a must
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting systems
• Proficient in excel, word and Microsoft office programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
