The company designs and manufactures a full line of medically certified (EN/UL 60601-1) fanless computing devices such as Surgical Workstation , Slim Medical Fanless Panel PC , Medical Tablet PC , Bedside Infotainment Terminal , and Embedded Motherboard , etc. through ISO9001/13485 regulated production procedure.
We are seeking an organized and efficient Accounting Clerk, with an eye for detail and accuracy, to join our team. This position is entry to mid-level with room for growth and learning.
JobFunctions
- Provide accounting and clerical support.
- Perform AP and AR entries.
- Processing of bank deposits, retrieval and processing of incoming mail
- Reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports.
- Prepare payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Prepare and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations, and prepare monthly closing
- Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups and protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Audit all receipts on determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting.
- Assist auditors in providing required information and coordinating necessary project activities.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or above in Accounting preferred.
- 1 year of bookkeeping/accounting experience is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes is mandatory.
- Good communication skills and teamwork experience are mandatory.
- Bi-Lingual (English, Mandarin) is mandatory to communicate with non-English speaking team in Taiwan.
- Deadline driven and details oriented working style.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Access, Outlook)
- Experienced in Oracle ERP system preferred.
