Pay rate $23.00 DOE
Capacity constraints within accounting to maintain Accounts Receivables requirements.
Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
Also prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
Audits freight bills against freight manifests.
Answers all vendor inquiries.
Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.
Prepares accounts payable checks.
Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
Assists in monthly closings.
Assists with special projects, as necessary.
Other duties may be assigned.
Supports accounting operations by filing documents.
Interface within Fortune 500 customer base portals to property register billings, and research any issues with past due invoices.
Reconcile customer portal invoices to company’s accounting system.
Good knowledge of excel.
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
