The Accounting Clerk works to support the Accounts Receivable and Collections function of the Infinite Campus Finance department. Will perform all aspects of the accounts receivable clerical functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and inquire; open accounts receivables
- Creating customer invoices
- Answer customer questions around service invoices
- Research, process and enter daily cash receipts
- Collection on past due accounts
- Support manager on termination letters to customers due to non-payment
- Process expense reports in Concur.
- Process monthly credit card transactions
- Pull billing reports; ensure accuracy prior to generation of invoice
- Research vendor and customer questions or problems and resolve in a timely and professional manner
- Forward PO's to appropriate teams
- Month end duties to close out the month
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
- Assist with audits
- Other related duties as assigned
Desired Background
- 2 years accounting experience or 2 year Associates degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with accounting software, Windows, and Word desired
