What You’ll Do:
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including generating invoices, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized financial records both physically and digitally.
- Handle accounts payable functions, such as verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and processing payments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to financial transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports as needed.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports submitted by employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Assist in various administrative tasks within the accounting department, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documentation.
