Accounting Assistant

We are a growing/fast pace manufacturer / machine shop looking to add another reliable and trustworthy team member to our staff. We are looking for someone detail oriented to help with our everyday accounting needs. We are looking for someone full-time, Monday through Friday on day shift. There is an opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week after training. Below is a list of duties you would help with but it is not limited to these duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* General Accounting

* Bill Pay

* Collections

* Tabulating payroll and recording it

* Cash Flow Management

* General Budgeting

* Entering vendor invoices

* Customer invoices/receiving checks

* Balance Savings

* Help prepare year end

Preferred Experience:

* Google Spreadsheets

* QuickBooks

* E2 Job Boss

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
