- Monitor Client platform/HubSync
- EL's
- Organize incoming documents
- Follow up on organizers that have been started but not submitted.
- Acknowledgement to clients that we have received their submissions.
- Follow up on documents uploaded that are not digitally viable.
- Kick off workflows for clients who have hit FINAL on submissions.
- Monitor e-signs and 8879’s and handle technical issues
- Recalculate 10 day expirations
- Email client final products if not using platform, including adding password protection.
- Use library of client communication templates.
- Answer client requests for info, documents, finished products, etc.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business related field with one (1) or more years of accounting related experience.
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Experience with tax, tax forms, and tax reporting, preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles related to classifying, recording, and summarizing data and making computations to compile and keep financial records.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize work and coordinate activities as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and independence with respect to client information.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
