Full-Time Accounting Assistant Position: The Accounting Assistant position requires administrative, computer hardware and software skills, bookkeeping, accounting, word processing and general clerical skills.
The Accounting Assistant compiles data, completes accounting tasks, creates reports and budgets and completes word processing tasks. The Accounting Assistant is primarily responsible for processing payroll and all duties related to payroll, as well as assisting the Business Manager on other duties as assigned
Ideal candidate will have: A minimum of an associates degree in accounting, business or related field with computer hardware and software knowledge and experience. Experience in general clerical skills, bookkeeping, payroll, and word processing is also desired.
