Accounting Assistant

Duties include but not limited to:

• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Reconciling deposits and identifying discrepancies.
• Posting financial data to accounts.
• Entering invoices and issuing checks.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliation for multiple accounts.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Familiarity with databases.
• 2-3 years of proven working experience in accounting.
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while managing time to meet individual goals.
