We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Accounting and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional relationships with our customers while also handling various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and peers at all times.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person in a professional and friendly manner.
Quickly learn about our products to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, including entering email orders promptly.
Scan daily deposits and update spreadsheets accurately.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate channels.
Provide administrative and clerical support by ensuring company orders are processed timely and accurately.
Process fuel billing accurately and efficiently.
Assist Compliance and Dispatch Managers as needed.
Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and previous Customer Service experience in a busy office required.
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience with computerized order entry systems is advantageous.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
