Accounting Administrator

A growing company is looking to add a reliable Accounting Administrator to their team. This essential role brings an opportunity to join a collaborative team to provide accounts payable services. This is a fully on-site position on the West Side of Pittsburgh offering an opportunity to contribute directly to a team with high standards.
What to expect in this role:
- Sorting invoices by department to ensure appropriate approvals (about 200-400 invoices depending on season)
- Entering invoices into proprietary database efficiently and correctly
- Contacting vendors regarding aging balances and to resolve any discrepancies or questions
What we are looking for:
- 2 years working in a similar role and volume
- Proven reliability in a previous role
- Effective phone presence
- Proficiencies in Microsoft Excel and ability to pick up new systems with ease
