SalaryObtains financial data and applies principles of accounting for use in maintaining financial information. Assists the Controller in all functions including reporting of the hospital's financial operations.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree
Major Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly general and std journal entries; financial statements; comparative analysis and monthly account reconciliation.
- Generates timely financial reports for monthly distribution.
- Maintains financial reports and records.
- Provides information for internal and external requests (regulatory agencies; industry; third party payors).
- Oversees key segments of accounting - fixed assets.
- Provides support services for general accounting and accounts payable.
- Provides interpretation of financial/statistical information for departments.
- Assists in preparation and execution of independent audit (financial and federal regulatory).
Location: Exeter Hospital · EH-Finance-KOLEA
Schedule: full time, Day Shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm M-F
