Description

This role will be responsible for the accounting processes at NOBL Beverages, including the complex inventory environment of a beverage co-packer, branded sales, and distribution company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP maintenance
• Analyze all variances, including inventory and cost of goods sold
• Provide oversight of all inventory counts
• Help drive improvement to overall business data integrity
• Improve effectiveness and efficiency of BOM accuracy and cost roll ups
• Support & improve variance analysis - Labor / OH / Absorption
• Work with management and the Operations Team to improve inventory process
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, bank account reconciliations, all other transactions for month close
• Run all month-end close items
• Maintain monthly short-term / long-term debt and commitments schedule
• Maintain depreciation schedule
• Maintain daily bank balance oversight
• This role will require cross functional teamwork with Operations, Sourcing and Commercial to provide weekly, monthly, yearly forecasts

Requirements

• Minimum BS Accounting or equivalent
• Relevant Experience in Cost Accounting (manufacturing/assembly) – 2-5 years
• ERP System usage experience (Any Major ERP: NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, IFS, JDE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
