Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting principles. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who is looking to grow professionally in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing client billing and preparing monthly invoices to clients Entering Account Payables and processing all payments Prepare bank reconciliations Prepare reconciliation of all subsidiaries Posting of all necessary journal entries Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and other necessary reports Filing of sales tax reports Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining accounting records Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 2+ years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel, and Adobe Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Small business experience is a plus Joining FPO Marketing isn't just about exciting projects - it's also about being part of a team that cares.
