Accountant

Job Overview:
We are a small but growing company looking for help with accounting. We need someone who can use Quickbooks Online to do bookkeeping. Our accountant will also manage accounts payable and relationships with our vendors. The accountant is also responsible for filing state taxes, payroll, invoicing customers, and bank reconciliations. We can train you. This is a great experience and resume builder. We would like to hire someone by the end of April.

Duties:
- Categorize transactions in Quickbooks
- Review balance sheet and income statement
- Pay vendors and manage bank account balance
- Enter employee hours and run payroll biweekly
- Invoice customers
- File and pay sales taxes monthly
- Do bank reconciliations monthly
- Help the company solve issues that arise

Requirements:
- Have accounting work experience OR
- Be a college accounting or finance student

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
