Account Service Analyst

Responsibilities:

40 hour work week, Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30-  work on-site . Must Have Excel Experience-
1. Maintain a working knowledge of established departmental policies and procedures, mainframe system applications, and corporate bank policies as they pertain to job assignments.
2. Respond in a timely manner and effectively process basic to moderate requests, inquiries and proposals received from both external and internal clients. Escalates unresolved or unusual issues as needed to senior staff members or management for guidance and resolution.
3. Document and communicate efforts accordingly with business centers, collections, and management associates.
4. Review assigned reports and work queues to provide optimal customer service and reduce risk exposure.
5.  Timely and accurately review, approve, process and apply payments, transactions, corrections, and fees in accordance with business policies.
6. Use multiple systems, recording information, importing/entering data, and maintaining records using considerable knowledge of department policy and procedures.
Experiences:
• Some prior office administration strongly preferred
• Some financial services experience strongly preferred
• Accounts Receivables or Accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Suite/Microsoft Office/Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Process oriented
• Able to multi-task effectively and efficiently

A Plus-
• Notary public experience
•  Prior financial operations experience
• Basic understanding of loan process, contracts, etc.
• Candidates with prior administrative experience have done well in these roles.

Pay Details: $20.07 per hour
