Plant Controller
Dayton, OH
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the plant, including general ledger accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including debits and credits.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to maintain financial records.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
