We are seeking an Account Representative who is an expert in providing superior customer service and is determined to achieve success by building professional relationships with our ever-growing customer base. Through effective communication and proactive collection efforts, Account Representatives are an essential part of Superior Auto’s success.
What We Offer:
- Up to $15/HR
- Guaranteed incentive of $320 a month for the first 90 days of employment
- Flexible work week. No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays.
- Monthly incentives based on collection rates and dealership sales performance.

What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to prioritize schedule when business needs arise
- Ability to react appropriately under pressure
- Proficient computer skills
