Account Receivable Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance of administrative work directly related to the company or its customers and use of discretion and independent judgement with matters of significance
• Maintain record of and make daily collection calls
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare and maintain various financial reports
• Maintain accurate aging reports
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• Prepare and send statements to outstanding customers
• Provide continuous support and effective customer communications in obtaining outstanding receivables
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Reconcile A/R to the G/L monthly and quarterly
• Performs other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Proficient in Great Plains, Word, and Excel
• 1-3 years of Experience

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
