KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performance of administrative work directly related to the company or its customers and use of discretion and independent judgement with matters of significance
- Maintain record of and make daily collection calls
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports
- Maintain accurate aging reports
- Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
- Prepare and send statements to outstanding customers
- Provide continuous support and effective customer communications in obtaining outstanding receivables
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Reconcile A/R to the G/L monthly and quarterly
- Performs other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Proficient in Great Plains, Word, and Excel
- 1-3 years of Experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
