Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

Generous bonus structure includes monthly bonus of $1000-1700 in addition to base pay!

This position has desirable hours Monday through Friday. There are opportunities for EXPONENTIAL GROWTH, LEADERSHIP, and PROMOTION available to the hardest working and most highly motivated employees. COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING IS PROVIDED! The primary responsibilities for this position are:

• Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls
• Answering emails
• Returning voicemails
• Following up meticulously
• Ensuring our clients’ files are serviced according to company protocols
