- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and key executives
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to develop strategic sales plans
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successful account management and customer retention
