Account Manager

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to current/future clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage client information
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and account status

✭✭ Qualifications ✭✭

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and key executives
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to develop strategic sales plans
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successful account management and customer retention

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
