Position Summary
The Supplemental Benefits team at CVS is one of the fastest growing business units in the enterprise and is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses. We are looking for Account Managers who will lead the day-to-day client relationship with multiple Health Plans.
The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to excel in a wide variety of areas including:

  • Establishing themselves as a trusted partner and first point of contact for multiple clients. This role will focus on providing exceptional service and support for while driving sustained engagement and excitement
  • Provides proactive account management, development of strong relationships and coordination across various internal teams
  • Identify client specific needs, propose solutions and lead resolution of issues working with other areas.
  • Coordinate regular client meetings including Monthly performance reviews, QBRS and Renewal Meetings
  • Collaborate with the account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives; May support plan administration activities, including broker awareness, vendor tradeshows and client support team trainings
  • Proactively identify opportunities on behalf of clients and partner with product, business, and development teams to implement program enhancements

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience in account management or client facing role
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated strong communication skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint
  • 1+ year experience in managing client relationships, demonstrating ability to independently frame solutions to client challenges
  • Must be able to travel (15%)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Account management experience within the Health insurance industry or related field
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Supports a positive team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
  • Confident and comfortable presenting information in a group setting

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
