The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating and managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful completion and delivery of client projects, client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth. The Account Manager will be located in Los Angeles, CA,
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products or services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Prepare reports on account status, sales, and projections

- Experience in account management, project management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Understanding of marketing principles and advertising practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
