I help small business owners recruit staff for their business to help them grow. I recruit for positions ranging from Customer Service Representatives to Sales Representatives to Business Owners.

Currently I am looking for a few Sales Producers for a few small insurance agencies. These positions have great GROWTH POTENTIAL and even allow the opportunity to learn the industry and obtain skills needed to move into Agency Ownership in just a years' time!
NO LICENSING REQUIRED! We will train the 'right' people!
Qualifications
Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health license (Significant assistance from our mentor agents!)
Coachable and ready to learn and grow
Drive to succeed
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Insurance licensing or experience is a plus, but not required
