JOB DESCRIPTION: Growth Account Manager
Internally, this role will be known as Account Planner
This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands' business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company.
JOB PURPOSE
Account Planners lead and manage all of the work we deliver for well known and exciting clients! The Growth Account Manager will join our new & expanding Growth Account team to support our Growth Marketing focussed clients.
This person will help develop the strategy for the amazing brands we work with alongside a team of subject-matter-experts including paid search, social, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, creative, data and CRM. This includes servicing existing accounts and winning and onboarding new accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is an exciting, varied and constantly evolving. In this role, you will:
- Develop annual strategies, identifying priorities for the year
- Oversee, project manage and work with teams to develop insight driven media strategies that drive growth for clients
- Manage deliverables from across the business (across media, data & martech)
- Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard
- Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
- Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience
- Manage budgets for campaigns and always-on activity
- Manage client budgeting
- Manage relationships with platforms and partners
- Present work internally and externally
- Complete work to deadline and often under pressure
SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

- Have strong experience in at least one of the following areas: media, growth marketing, performance marketing, marketing strategy
- Solid experience in roles involving account management and strategic planning
- Experience working on large campaigns with significant media budgets
- Confident with both brand and direct-response campaigns
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain focused under pressure and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in working with data
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent capability with excel / Google sheets
