RLS Account Managers - Nuclear Pharmacy differentiate product and pharmacy service offerings, identifies, and negotiates renewal and competitive contract opportunities within Hospital IDNs, Outpatient Imaging Centers and Cardiology Clinics.

What is an Account Manager - Nuclear Pharmacy’s Responsibilities?
- Accountable to achieve the sales operating plan target for assigned territory.
- Present company products and services to key decision makers in the hospital, outpatient, and cardiac clinics in the territory.
- Negotiate contracts with key decision makers.
- Product & service presentations to current and potential customers.
- Work with team members to increase prospects and closure rates
- Develop business plans for territory, including but not limited to, opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets.
- Interacts with sales team to architect and execute on solutions for customers.
- Forecast sales performance to plan in the territory monthly.
- Document activity, sales, and customer info into Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Master utilization of company provided e-tools.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
What Experiences and Education Do I Need to Bring To RLS?
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years or Associates with 5+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or imaging technology.
- Contracting experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 60% travel.
- Valid motor vehicle license.
Desired Characteristics:
- Radiology / Nuclear medicine experience.
- Familiarity of Radiopharmaceutical industry including distribution channels and nuclear medicine imaging.
- Experience selling in Hospitals, Free Standing Imaging Clinics or Physician offices.
- Experience in imaging sales.
- Current knowledge of the local related business marketplace.
