Your Mission:
Set sail on consultative journeys, engaging directly with the architects of corporate strategy to unearth their pressing needs. Your mandate is to eloquently convey the value that Lux Research delivers, guiding these decision-makers towards deeper insights in market trends, technology, and business strategy, thereby amplifying their decision-making capacity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales and Growth: Design and implement a vigorous sales strategy focused on service renewal, upselling, and cross-selling, deepening our engagement with global account teams and elevating the value delivered to Lux's top-tier accounts.
- C-Suite Engagement: Directly engage and captivate the decision-making echelons of senior management, ranging from Directors to VPs and C-level executives in R&D, Innovation, Marketing, and beyond, showcasing the unmatched insights of Lux Research.
- Pipeline Precision: Cultivate a robust and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly sales targets. Embrace the role of guardian of pipeline integrity within the Lux CRM (Salesforce).
- Comprehensive Mastery: Develop an intimate understanding of Lux Research's comprehensive AI-powered proprietary intellectual property and professional services, positioning yourself as an indispensable strategic asset to your clients.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with Lux Experts and Client Experience Managers to deliver a client experience that not only satisfies but dazzles.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of exceptional sales experience, underscored by a solid track record in account management.
- A BA/BS Degree as the foundation of your expertise.
- A rich background in research/consulting sales, particularly within B2B contexts.
- Demonstrated capability in managing a sales pipeline, especially with contracts valued at $100K+.
- A fervent passion for sustainability and combating climate change.
- Must be located in the United States.
Desired Qualifications
- An MBA or equivalent to heighten your business insight.
- Training in Miller-Heiman Complex Sales, Challenger Selling, or akin sales methodologies.
