Account Manager

We are opening an agency location in Lexington and are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients both over the phone and through email. The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the Agency by making policy changes, screening prospective clients, cross selling products to existing clients, and other related duties. The Account Manager will need to have strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
