Landscape Account Manager

Job Summary:
U S Lawns of Roanoke is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the landscape maintenance of commercial properties in the Roanoke area. This is a full-time, management position in the franchise industry with a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $45,000 to $60,000, paid weekly, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties and ensure the delivery of high-quality landscape maintenance services within established timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee a team of landscape crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Create and manage schedules, budgets, and work orders for all landscaping projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the services offered to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial landscape management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer programs for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to landscaping, safety, and environmental standards.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
