ABOUT THE ROLE
Disguise is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to work with our Sales Manager within the LBX (Location Based Experience) and Live sector. As Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support Sales Manager and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the LBX/ Live industry.
- Create Quotes and manage sales for existing accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, provide updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the LBX industry.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to close deals with existing accounts
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts, address challenges, and optimize processes.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to sales manager
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, track progress towards goals, and make data-driven decisions.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the AV or technology industry
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Sales experience as well as Account Management experience
- Experience closing and managing large deals
- Able to demonstrate solid sales process
- Able to build strategic partnerships with customers or other technology providers
- Able to work with and influence C-level clients
- Strong numerical and forecasting skills
