Job Description
- Prepare price quotes using Company’s CRM system (QuickBase)
- Deliver project documents (the proposal) to customers in an appropriate manner and follow up with emails and/or telephone calls to communicate with the customer about the proposal
- Enter sales into Company’s internal operating system
- Prepare job folders for production
- Process customer payments
- Follow company procedures and quality assurance checklists
- Proactively follow-up via telephone and email with customers that have contacted Company but have not purchased cabinetry
- A variety of tools will be made available to help you remember when customers should be contacted
- Follow-up with customers who have open Proposals on the schedule set forth in the Team Responsibilities schedule
- Follow-up with repeat Industry Professional (contractors, designers, etc) customers for future projects. Build and maintain working relationships with these customers for future business and growth
- Answer telephone calls during business hours and assist customers with sales, design and product construction related questions
- Confidently communicate with customers via phone and email; ALL communication is remote and not face-to-face
- Be proficient in Company’s product line including cabinet shapes, dimensions, features, colors, door styles, and price
- Update Company’s CRM system with current status and related notes as they pertain to customer service activities
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, are a must
