- Retention of existing clients and assistance with the onboarding of new clients

- Responsible for the maintenance of client information ensuring that service standards are met and compliance is ensured
- Supports the development of client renewal strategies

- Current Insurance License in Health and Life (preferred)
- Ability to work toward additional professional designations
