This is a seasonal position running from middle of May through middle of September

Positive and pro-active communication

Customer service and retention

Making and over-seeing food production

Training staff

Scheduling

Conducting performance reviews

Inventory management and ordering

Establishing and maintain good business relationships in the community

Develop sales techniques to increase revenues while maintaining 100% Guest satisfaction
