Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the coffee shop, catering services, bartending, and banquet functions.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage production and service.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the coffee, catering, bartending, or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills for inventory management and scheduling purposes.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
