Account Manager (Butler, Warren, Clinton County, Ohio)

The Account Manager:

• This is a remote position however, the candidate must live within 60 miles of West Chester, Ohio to be available to attend blood drives and in person meetings.
• Covers Butler, Warren, and Clinton County territories.
• Executes blood donor recruitment programs by serving as a liaison between Solvita and client organizations.
• Manages all aspects of the recruitment process to meet goals for an assigned territory.
• Cultivates and maintains strong community and public relations.

Required:

• Must live within 60 miles from West Chester, Ohio.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
• Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Business to Business (B2B) sales and account management experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
