SalaryDuties:
- Day-to-day activity, including client interaction with deadlines and required follow-through
- Bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals and/or entertainment industry clients and their entities (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deposits, Journal Entries, General Ledger, Enter/Review Payroll, Financial Statement prep/review)
- Position could grow into supervision of other bookkeepers
- Review/monitor cash balances
- Review/monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, and credit score issues
- Oversee insurance payments, renewals, and claims, and liaise with insurance broker
- Assist with home improvement financing and car purchases/registration
- Other projects as needed
Experience:
- 4+ years in accounting and bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals and their entities and/or entertainment clients
- Strong communication skills (via phone and email)
- Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through
- Commitment to professionalism and accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Datafaction or AgilLink (not all are required - will train the right person on QuickBooks Online)
This is a Unique Opportunity to work for a small, independent firm that is 100% remote. Must be a self-starter who will be able to manage the distractions of working from a home environment and still get 35-40 hours of billable work completed each week. We don't believe in overworking our employees so it would be rare that you'd be required to work over 40 hours in a week. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
