Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:
- Building your territory and relationships through a combination of customer meetings, phone calls, drop-in visits, and more. Expect to be in the field a minimum of 60% of your week.
- Sell service contracts, aftermarket equipment, and replacement equipment to your end-user customer base.
- Diligent follow up on your open opportunities.
- Searching for new opportunities with the end-user.
- Handling incoming customer calls and emails requesting service estimates. Including qualifying pricing and quoting.
- Be responsible and accountable for your own performance and continued growth and development.
- Qualifying and quoting equipment and/or service generated from follow-up calls on end-users and new equipment installations.
- Be accessible and respond to incoming calls from customers, installers and senior sales reps relating to service jobs and new jobs being installed in your territory.
- Scheduling and performing operator training with the end-user.
- Update and maintain accurate data in our CRM (Salesforce.com).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and walking.
- Frequent telephone, must be able to speak and hear well enough to communicate with others.
- Must be able to see well enough to read the computer screen, drawings, etc.
- Grasping/Feeling: must be able to write, type, manipulate a mouse and use telephone system.
- Ability to think and process information quickly, clearly and accurately.
