We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trust and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and identify growth opportunities within our client base. As an Account Manager, you will be focused on customer satisfaction within your accounts while ensuring they have the best solutions in place to solve their business problems. We believe that sales are a natural byproduct of a strong relationship. Therefore, relationship management is a key to the success of an Account Manager.
Job Duties
- Primary Point of Contact for all non-related support issues
- Meet with clients for regular business reviews
- Discuss product features and benefits with clients and prospects
- Understand and resolve client problems
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotes
- Forecast and track key metrics; meet sales objective
- Growth of existing clients
- Assist with new sales as needed
- Oversee projects from development to on-time completion
- Facilitate the procurement process
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in IT industry
- Business to Business sales experience
- Speak to end users in non-technical terms (no geek speak)
- Prioritize daily tasks and achieve due dates
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good tracking, record keeping, and follow up
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Maintaining a clean and organized office work space
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and pass drug and background check
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proficiency with customer success and customer relationship management software
- Valid Driver’s License
