Account Management Assistant

The Account Management Team at Postali serves as the bridge between our internal team and our law firm clients. This team is responsible for managing the overall client relationship with excellent communication, responsiveness, and strategic recommendations. This position will report to Account Executive Christy Galvan. This is an in-house position located in Columbus, Ohio.

What You’ll Do

At the direction of the Account Executive, provide daily support for the following activities:

• Response to incoming client email communication.
• Interact with the Project Management team and platform daily to coordinate work requests and priorities.
• Handle the scheduling & administration of both internal and external meetings.
• Participate in both internal client strategy sessions as well as client meetings.
• Prepare marketing data and other project/campaign information.
• Maintain detailed notes within our internal workspace, making sure important changes and updates are shared in the proper channels.
• Ensure action items and next steps are clearly understood following strategy meetings and communicated to the internal team members and/or clients promptly.
• Pull performance metrics within SEO and website analytics platforms for review.
• Conduct market or campaign research to help inform strategic recommendations and decisions.
• Call tracking and website conversion tracking support.
• Develop new process documentation and improve existing process documentation for the department.

What We Need

• 1-2 years of client-facing digital marketing experience or a fast-paced and technology-focused administrative position.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, self-management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (the ability to succinctly explain complex topics)
• A proactive approach oriented towards solutions and problem-solving.
• Practical knowledge of the digital marketing landscape as it relates to the service we provide (website design & development, content creation, SEO, paid search, PR & social media)

Great to have:

• Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO monitoring/reporting platforms.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, filtering and pivot tables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
