Account Manager
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships both internally and at WMT
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of retail solutions based on the objectives laid out annually for our SAS partners
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) as needed
Point person for WMT ecom locally and work directly with internal ecom team to develop long term plans for ecom growth
• Collaborate with CDM's to identify and grow opportunities within each business
Work directly with the VC team on their mission support:
- Assist Mission & Customer Manager in designing annual sustainable business metric tracker and working with cross functional team to measure. Metric tracker to be used for annual reporting (Mission Report, B Corp recert, etc).
- Support Vermont Creamery's B Corp Recertification process in information gathering, identifying new opportunities, and identify risks to certification.
- Develop and execute annual survey for top suppliers and track relevant statistics.
- Support design of carbon neutral plan (potentially if no UVM project?)
- Support execution of annual mission strategy
Experience-Education (Required):
4 year college degree or higher
3 or more years of consumer package goods and/or related sales experience.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and process data and develop recommendations and action plans
• Self-starting, goal directed with proven ability to achieve results through self and others
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, persuasive skills
• Solid financial acumen
• Able to relate internal and customer business strategies for positive outcomes
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage shifting and multiple priorities, motivated, self-starter, tactful, responsive manner with customer
• Proven ability to build effective relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes
Experience-Education (Preferred):
• MBA
• CPG food industry experience
Competencies-Skills (Preferred):
• IRI and/or Nielsen syndicated data usage
